Walking Holidays in North Wales - Snowdonia

Our walks -- chose from the Rhinog Trail and Walking Ancient Wales

We currently offer three different walks:

Walk #1: Walking Ancient Wales
Follow in the footsteps of the ancients: Prehistoric megalith builders - the Romans - the Drovers - the Royal Mail Coaches and the Slate Miners and Quarrymen. This walking holiday is based in Llanbedr (www.llanbedr.com) a pretty village on the only coastline of the Snowdonia National Park. This is secret Snowdonia where buzzards soar over uncrowded and unspoilt mountains, valleys, and beaches.

Walk #2: The Rhinog Trail
A walk on the wild side: A high performance, classic ridge walk over 20 miles of some of the most remote, rugged, wild country walking in North Wales. The Rhinogs form a spine of mountains in Central Snowdonia running parallel to the coastline, and forms a natural barrier between the coast and the interior of North Wales.

Walk #3: Classic Mountain Treks in the Snowdonia National Park
This is a serious 7 day introduction to some of Snowdonia’s best mountain treks from the beautiful CADER IDRIS in the south of Snowdonia to the remote and wild RHINOGS in central Snowdonia. Then further north to CNICHT, the Matterhorn of Wales. With a day to visit some of Snowdonia’s most famous attractions before climbing SNOWDON itself, the highest mountain in England and Wales.
